Internal server error on synchronize

Hi! I installed Working Copy because it really seems like a great way to maintain, test and/or upgrade a website before committing it to a live environment. So thanks for this tool ;-)

I created a child website. The website files were copied OK and the database was filled OK. I could also log in. So far so good.

Now what I did was: I upgraded the child website to the latest version of Joomla! (1.5.23) from 1.5.22. When checking the changed files using 'Differences' it showed me the list of changed files and tables. Seems OK to me. But in stead of using 'commit' to change the live site, I upgraded the live site as well. Form it's own backend. I tested it in the child, so I figured it would be OK to do the same on the live site. Next I wanted to synchronize the child site to the mother site. But after clicking the 'Synchronize' button I get an Internal Server Error (500). And now the files are not synchronized. So I'm 'stuck' with the changed files that should no longer be there...

Why do you think a get a server error?
