Poll not working

I have purchased the pro version try it on my site and it is not working.

When you click the vote or view button it just keeps on loading. I have inspect the code and it displays this error.



I have checked it on the FTP and found out that there's no index.php file.


I have tried to re-install it but i'm still having the same problem.
