Admin Bar Unlocker problem

I am using Joomla 1.6

When I enable Admin Bar Unlocker plugin - then I get the fatal error in php,

call to isAdmin() in line 33

Kindly see if this problem is a persistent one or I am an isolated case.

Also, I will like to help in documentation of plugins.

isAdmin function is called on line 28.

What is your PHP version? May be JFactory::getApplication() doesn't return JApplication instance?
