path problem

I have an app developed in CodeChargeStudio. It runs fine as a standaloneApplication. when I include one of the pages in Joomla article it stops working, complaining about several PHP files not found. I looked up in comon.php and it seems like CC project uses RelativePath object variable, which I'm not sure how to find or edit.
