How to translate to Swedish?

I want to know if there exist a Swedish translation package? If yes, please let me know how to install it . If no, please let me know how to start translation.

You can check the translation ini files included in the package and create your own package. We do not have Swedish package included, however if you translate it and send to us, we can include in the next versions.
