application form stopped working

I have just noticed today that the application form on my website doesn't work. Actually, every day I have around 1 application and this time I haven't received any for couple of days even thought I paid for an ad on Facebook. When I try to fill in the application form it says: successfully submitted, but I don't receive any email. Anyone has an idea how to solve this!?

Hi,

It has no relation to our sexy polling extension. However I have checked and it works for me. May be your inbox is full or you are having other issues with receiving emails?
