Inconsistent Voting Issues

My company is running a contest on our site where visitors have to vote in multiple polls.

To my knowledge I have everything set up correctly in Joomla... voting settings set to public, etc. However, as we test it out around the office, not everyone is able to vote like they should.

A few people can vote in all 8 polls just fine.
Some people can vote in some of the polls, but not others. They are told they don't have access or have already voted.
Some people are told they already voted in all of them when they have not.

All eight polls are set up identically.

I know there can be browser/cache issues, but a majority of people who have tried to vote are having some sort of issue.

Can you advise?

Hi,

If you use the same IP address to vote and you have limit on the votes from the same IP it will not allow new votes.
